  2. Hi Nicole, I think when I am sad the three things that make me get back into the green zone is my dad. Another one is the technology in my house and for the last one I like the most is my friends at school.

  5. Hi Nicole, I think that if someone was in the blue zone you would feel, board, sad, tired and sick. That is some things that make someone in the blue zone.
    Here are some ways to get out of the blue zone, play video games, walk around, play something and you can maybe talk about with a teacher or and adult.

    So that is what I think!

  6. Hi Room 24, when I'm in the blue zone I feel like my personality is getting sucked out of me. I get out of the blue zone by taking lots of deep breaths, drinking lots of water and laying down.

  7. Hi Nicole. Sometimes when we are in the blue zone, we feel sad, sick, tired and bored. To get yourself into the green zone again, do your favorite thing in the world. Video games, reading a book, etc.

    I think some thing you can do is have a warm or hot shower or some Self care like be with family gong on walks or talk to same buddy about it.

  9. Kia Ora Nicole, My name is Persaies and I am in room 24 in your class. When I am in the blue zone I personaly 1. go for a walk and take drink of cold water 2. i talk to my friends about it and let it out 3. lay down and calm my self down so I am not angry. those are my three ways of what I do if I am in the blue zone.

  11. Kia Ora, My three ways to get back into the green zone are to take a nap, talk about how being what ever i'm sad about is good in some ways e.g: Being cute and making a hut in my bedroom. What do you do if your in the RED zone? How do you get back into the green zone?

    My 3 ways to help me get back into the green zone is to...

    -Find something creative to do or that would take a lot of time up. (If your bored)

    -Have a long sleep and stay hydrated. (If your tired)

    -Try to talk to someone about your feelings, or try to forget about the thing that you are sad about.(If your sad)

    -One last way is to eat some candy and stay energized!
