  1. When i am in the green zone i am mostly sitting around in my house and nothing is wrong and that nothing bad happens. And that is how to stay in the green zone

  2. Hi Nicole, I think when I am in the green zone I feel like I have achieved something like I feel happy when I get rewarded (for most of the time).
    And another thing when I feel happy is when I play soccer and my team wins.

  5. When i'm in the green zone, I feel happy and calm. Most of the things that make me relaxed is when I am playing sports or listening to music. I also feel good when I get invited to parties.

  10. Hi Nicole. I would describe being in the green zone as being like getting rewarded and also being like you have just been in a great thing and you are proud of yourself because you just one a school trophy. You also feel calm and relaxed. You act happy and excited.

  13. When I am in the green zone I mostly like hanging out with friends, playing on my play station are just reading a book. I feel happy, relaxed and calmed when I'm in the green zone. I think the green zone is the best zone to be in.

    When I am in the green zone I do my favorite thing read my favorite book when i'm happy and calm. And i feel Focused when doing my school work.
