Fun with Non-Newtonian fluid

On Monday, Room 24 began our Science exploration by learning about Non-Newtonian fluid. We came up with a question, observed and explored what happens, and what makes something a Non-Newtonian fluid (Ooblek).

We discovered that if you apply pressure or force, the fluid becomes solid. When you relax the fluid turns to a liquid. We also discovered that water converted to a gas once it dried up on our hands.
