  2. You could describe the Yellow zone as worried, feared, Loss of some control, silly and wiggly, and Excited. If you are any of those, you could sit down, have a drink of water, or do your favorite thing.

    I think the best way to describe the yellow zone is being sick, frustrated, and nervous. The way i'd get back into my green zone is to take a nap or talk to an adult about how i'm feeling. How do you? How do you get into the YELLOW zone?

  12. Hi Nicole I think that if you were in the yellow zone you would feel over exited. I also think that you would feel scared and you can also feel confused and silly. To get back into the green zone you should just calm down of you should count to 10 and find a seat next to someone else. If that does not work sometimes just ask for help. So that is what I think.

    BYE oh and what zone is you favorite? (I think most people like the green zone)

  14. Hello Room 24! Here are some words on how I describe being in the yellow zone.

    -Silly
    -Confused
    -Not focused
    -Crazy
    -Childish
    -Frustrated
    -Worried
    -Annoyed
    There are a lot of different reasons of being in the the yellow zone.

    The best way on getting back into the green zone for me is probably to breathe and go for a long walk, that is if you are annoyed or not focused. For silliness for me is to also breathe and maybe focus more on what your doing.

  17. stress, frustration, anxiety, excitement, silliness, the wiggles, or nervousness is all the "yellow" zone. one way to return to the green zone is by taking a rest unless u have ADHD.

  21. Hello Nicole if i went out of the yellow zone i would be daydreaming and sleeping for some minutes like 4 to 5 minutes the how long i would sleep in class and wonder nothing only being back home right now. If I went back in the green zone i would not do nothing of those i would be happy
