Kia ora, room 24. A way that helps me a lot is like screaming in my head, Because it removes my anger makes me tiered so after I am not bothered of being annoyed any more. It isn't the most efficient way of solving, but it works for me. And I can forgive people really quickly so after I am anger I don't care of the problem that has just occurred.
