This week Room 17 have taken a small break from our normal learning programme to add to our knowledge about flight. Yesterday, we learned about flight that involved wings.
We were learning about how to make different types of paper planes and see how far they fly and how long they stay in the air.
What do you think is the best design for when making a paper plane?
Kia orana Room 17, my sister and I used to have paper plane competitions when we were kids. I always tried to fold my paper accurately so it was balanced and I thought having a very pointy tip was important - I'm not sure if it was!
