Today we had a visit from Olaf Diegel. He is an engineer who specialises in 3D printing.
He talked to us about all the interesting things he has engineered using his 3D Printer. He also talked to us about the future of 3D printing. One day we will have tiny robots that will eat away at cells like cancer. They will help us to repair and get well. One day we will also be able to 3D print homes and food! How amazing is that!!!
Below are some of Olaf's creations. He printed the small bunny while he was presenting to us! It was so amazing to see.

Kia ora Room 17, thank your for sharing this with us - it all sounds super amazing! It is tricky to think about what I would print first. I feel like I should choose something very sensible and useful, but I think printing a tiger or lion would be fun!
