Matariki 2017

Wow what a week room 22 have had learning about Matariki.
We learned about what Matariki is, why and how it is celebrated, and we also celebrated it ourselves.

Manners Matter

Manners are most important and go a long way. It is a way we can be respectful to everyone!

Room 22 are focusing on using our manners everywhere we go.

Swimming and Water Safety

Room 22 went to Mt Albert Wave pools to learn about water safety. We spent our time developing our swimming skills as well as learning about water safety. Here is a presentation of what we did in our sessions:

Science: The forces of Gravity

Today we learned about Gravity. We started with a question and then had to write an hypothesis (prediction) about what we think would of happened. 

We then had to show how gravity works.
